🏡 The house

The accommodation is equipped with all conveniences and offers everything for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, combi oven, fridge with freezer, and plenty of storage space — ideal for extensive cooking and enjoying together.

The bright and spacious living room on the upper floor is the heart of the house, featuring a large dining table, comfortable sofas, and a cozy seating area with a wood stove. Thanks to wifi and fiber optic, you'll always stay connected, and with the smart TV, you can enjoy your favorite entertainment.

This floor also has a spacious bathroom with double sinks and a shower, and a separate toilet.

🛏️ Bedrooms

The three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, which stays pleasantly cool in the summer. Additionally, air conditioning is available for extra comfort.

Master bedroom: double bed (180x200) + spacious wardrobe
Second bedroom: 2 single beds + ensuite bathroom
Third bedroom: 2 single beds

Two bedrooms have direct access to the garden.

🌿 Outdoor living & relaxation

The outdoor space is exceptionally spacious (4400 m²) and offers plenty of privacy and tranquility. Enjoy the covered porch with a view of the castle, dine together at the large outdoor table or relax on one of the sun loungers.

The jacuzzi is one of the highlights — perfect for relaxing, both during the day and under the stars.

For children, there are a trampoline, slide, toys, board games, and a large garden to play in.

🌊 By the Dordogne

At the end of the garden, you walk directly into the Dordogne — ideal for swimming, relaxing by the water, or fishing.

In the season, you will also find canoe rentals and a cozy snack bar by the river — perfect for a drink or a simple meal.

Access for guests
Guests can make use of the entire accommodation excluding the barn and one built-in cupboard in the house.

Other things to note
A railway line runs along the valley near the house, with a quiet local train connection (up to about 8 times a day). The train runs only during the day, at low speed, and with short trains.

The track is elevated compared to the house and is screened by vegetation and a fence, meaning there is no direct contact and the situation is considered safe, even for families with children.

In practice, most guests do not find this disturbing. The peace, the view, and the natural surroundings clearly take precedence.
